• Are you getting a good deal?
• Have prices finally stabilized?
• Am I buying into a risky building?
• What percent of the building is second homes or investor owners?
• How many foreclosures are there?
• Are there units owned by the developer or banks?
• What are the recent sales in the building?
• What other units are on the market?
• How much are they listed for?

Research a neighborhood or area with MarketReports

• What are the major condo and townhome buildings in my target neighborhood?
• Which buildings have 2 bedroom units in my price range?
• How many 1, 2, or 3+ units are on the market or have recently sold?
• Are there any buildings in a neighborhood that I should stay away from?
