Mr. Martorella is the Managing Director and founder of Madison Capital Group, a real estate investment and merchant banking firm based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Martorella has led Madison Capital Group since its founding in 1998 and has overseen the execution of transactions for over $3 billion in projects for the firm. He has been responsible for the financing or sale of more than $6 billion of real estate in his career, including over $4 billion of multifamily and residential development.

Mr. Martorella was previously a partner at Boston Financial, a principal and founding partner of Alliance Realty Capital, and previously served in various investment and investment banking positions with Prudential Realty Group, Boston Properties and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.


Michael Aleles

Mr. Aleles is a seasoned technology and venture capital/private equity professional with a decade of blue-chip Silicon Valley management experience at Intel Capital. At Intel Capital, Intel's venture capital arm, Mr. Aleles was a Director of Worldwide Portfolio Management.

More recently, Mr. Aleles founded TerraSur Advisors, LLC, an investment management firm focused on real estate investments in the US and Latin America. Mr. Aleles has had broad experience in business development, strategy, marketing, and finance.


Mark Battleson

Mr. Battleson is the Principal of the Battleson Group, LLC, a real estate, investment, and capital advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout his career, Mr. Battleson has worked in real estate deal teams as an investment banker, attorney and principal, on development projects and existing assets with a value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Mr. Battleson's previous experience includes serving as Director of Capital Markets with Alliance Residential Company (the 3rd largest multifamily developer in the United States). He previously served in positions with Capstone Advisors, Inc., a real estate investment and development firm, Morgan Stanley, and was an attorney with Arnall Golden Gregory LLP.


Granvil Tracy

Mr. Tracy has developed over 2,500 luxury residential units throughout his career. He is responsible for the development of landmark projects such as New River Village, The Strand at West Palm Beach, The Strand at St. Johns and The Peninsula at St. Johns as well as established successful public / private partnerships and strong institutional relationships.

Mr. Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in virtually all aspects of the real estate development industry. Mr. Tracy holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Real Estate Development / Construction / Management.


Ricardo Dunin

Mr. Dunin is President and Founder of the Flagler Group, a multi-faceted real estate development company headquartered in Miami, FL. Dunin led the company into the luxury condominium market by pioneering the condo-hotel concept in South Florida. Acquiring the famous Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove, Dunin spearheaded its transformation into Miami's first luxury condominium-hotel resort. Dunin also developed the neighboring site into the Mutiny Park, now known as the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel.

Recent high-profile projects include The Meridian, an ultra-modern building of 111 luxury condominiums in South Beach, and a luxurious boutique hotel on the exclusive Caribbean island of St. Barthelemy, designed by Cristian Liaigre. He is also a partner in Performance Empreendimentos in Brazil, a real estate development firm that is a strategic partner with Odebrecht in Rio De Janeiro.

A veteran media executive, Ron Mann has over 20 years experience in marketing, communications, publications and the private investment industries. With specific expertise in the South Florida media market, Ron was part of the original launch team of Miami New Times and in 2004 led a group of investors in the purchase of SouthFloridaCEO Magazine and South Florida Legal Guide. As President & Publisher, Ron increased circulation, distribution and revenue as well as launching both a conference and consulting division.

His media background also extends to New York City where Ron held positions with several high-profile national and international media and communications companies including the head of U.S. Operations for Rediff International - a publicly traded (NASDAQ: REDF) Media and Technology company with worldwide offices in New York, San Francisco, London and Mumbai, India.
